Who we are

What we collect

• Seat requests: name, email, project notes, GitHub username, Discord username, optional links, referral note, and whether you also joined the KLJr.dev newsletter
• KLJr.dev newsletter: email and signup source (including when you leave the newsletter box checked on the seat form)
• Basic server logs needed to run and secure the site
• Optional analytics events via Plausible (no ad profiling)

Why

To run Build Sprint #1 (including Discord access and ShipSafe repo invites), reply to seat requests, send the KLJr.dev newsletter when you opt in (including via the seat form checkbox), and improve the site.

Storage

Data is stored in Firebase/Firestore. Confirmation emails are sent with Resend. Access is limited to operating the sprint.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share seat requests for marketing. Infrastructure providers (Netlify hosting, Firebase, Resend email, optional Plausible analytics) process data only to provide their service.

Retention

We keep sprint records as long as needed to run the program and follow up. You can ask to be removed from updates anytime by emailing kljr.dev@gmail.com.

If this page changes in a material way, we will update the date above.
